This is really embarrassing guys, the trainer comes up to me encouraging me to lift it, one more rep but I just can't. I appreciate his help but I can't lift that minimum possible weight.

It's been 2 weeks now, 6 days a week. I feel like I should have more rest days but trainer says it's all good, my body will get used to it. I unironically can't lift my arms above a certain angle.
