I broke my PR in being a useless shit yesterday.
Did a lower weight overwarmup for squatting (up to 185kg x1) and then didn't even manage a single squat out of my work set with 160kg.
Completly out of gas, while doing a light workout.
I was still destroyed from deadlifting in wednesday, but even then I didn't manage to budge 220kg, on two fucking attempts. 208kg for a fucking single and I'm destroyed for several days.
I need to get my shit together.
I broke my attention span pr. Went to do homework and lost interest in about 30 seconds.
