Would you still recommend lifting if I've recently started medication for a suspected ruptured ear drum/ear infection?
It's settling down now but it's at the stage where a weird substance non-stops leaks out of my ear and occasionally flairs up.

usually what happened is that i got vertigo in the night if i slept in some positions
it went away eventually
however if you are on antibiotics then you can't lift
