Due to IBS and intestines issues, I can't eat oats. That is why I have to change my breakfast routine.
So, what do you think about replacing oats by corn flakes?
It will be fit to macros, but will it be fine to eat it every day with milk as a breakfast?

jup, it would be just fine if it fits your macros and it fits your stomach.
might not keep you full as long, but thats another story

also there is another thing:
i need to prepare some meal to university, but i don't know what should it be.
i was thinking about whole wheat bread and few slices of yellow cheese
it will be okay, if it will fit macro?

eggs for breakfast - poached, fried, scrambled, omelette doesn't matter how

i like to eat 4 slices of whole rye bread with 40-50g of peanut butter spread across them
>i slab 2 of them together so they essentially becomes sandwiches with around 20-25g of pb pr sandwich.
i like it, its easy, and it fits my macros perfectly.
i guess cheese would be alright as well

about peanut butter - i already have peanuts in my diet, so i think it's unnecessary, that is why i want to use cheese

It doesn't matter if you eat the same thing more than once, nutrients have the same effect regardless of where they comes from
