One of the biggest parts of being happy is feeling like you belong. Often this means reconnecting with your family. Go by your parents' or sibling's house a couple times a month and help them with stuff/do something for them/spend time with them. If you have some friends spend time with them, invite them over for dinner, or something.

One thing that takes some people a long time to learn is that nobody owes them fucking anything, if you sit and wonder why you are bored all the time it's because you're a boring person who just shitposts and watches movies all the time, and nobody's gonna swoop in to save the day, if you let yourself you'll become a 40yo working a deadend job with dead parents and siblings he hasn't talked to in a decade and no friends, and is honest to god better off killing himself

So yeah, I'd say that wasting time on the internet is your main freetime activity, you should take a break from it for a while.

Yeah you're not wrong, but desu 4chan is the only place I can really express myself. If I posted shit about how I find trans people weird on normiebook, everyone would give me shit.
