Are front squats a meme?
I've been doing the Carrionlust push/pull for a few weeks now and I just do back squats instead
Is this bad? Am I leaving out too many muscle groups?

They do require a great deal of mobility to perform correctly. Avoid rationalizing the alteration of a routine because it's hard for you.

I am the only one that finds front squats easier than normal squat?
I do them both. One day, back squat first (4 sets) and then front squat (3 sets), then the next leg day, front squat first (4 sets) and then back (3 or 4 sets depending on how dead i am at that point).
Then I deadlift. My butt is always sore and the gains are legit af.

Low bar isn't a squat it's just powerlifters barely toeing the line to inch out higher squats for the sake of competition.
If you had a brain you'd do "high bar squats" or as normal people call them "squats" and front squats.

I front squat 5kg more than I back squat xd
but that's due to scoliosis which causes more problems in the back squat.

As a lanklet my diddy is through the roof compared to my other lifts so posterior chain is fine.
What am I missing by front squatting vs back squatting?
They are a good exercise.
But the amount of numales and pakis I see doing sub 1 plate front squats and no back squatting is ridiculous.
Do them as assistance to back squats, not a bitch-out replacement.

i find it safer to go for the next weight on front squat, with back squat i'm just scared i'ma snap my shit up if i do too much weight.
