stretch, rest and it should be fine. you'll still have it on the next workout day but once you stretch it should go away.
after that it shouldn't come back unless you take more than 3-4 days off.

I feels you brah, the first time you really kill a workout for any body part your body is in shock.
First time I did an intense arm workout ever I had to go camping over that weekend and everyone was pissed at me because my arms hurt so bad I literally couldn't straighten them, they were just curled up at a 90 degree angle the whole. There were a bunch of randos there and everyone said I was lying/exaggerating and being a dick not contributing to setting up the tents, but in reality I legitimately couldn't move my arms past 90 degrees without burning pain throughout.
DOMS that are as severe as you're experiencing now will never happen again if you lift consistently, enjoy them. Also, give it a few more days before you hit the gym again if they're really severe.

DOMS only happens like the first few times you workout or if you havent worked out in a while. Its just your body saying hey whats up I haven't done this before. your body will adapt soon enough.
