Thoughts on Intermittent Fasting?

Currently cutting and it's agonany. Thinking of doing IF and eating between 12pm - 8pm. But I've grown up with the mind set that "breakfast is the most important meal of the day", is that just mom science?

If I skip breakfast, will my insides fall out, can I drink black coffee for breakfast still? Is IF viable long term into old age? Or should I only do it while cutting.

IF is sustainable, as long as you aren't a massive tard about it.

Also, better make that coffee cold brew or you'll fuck your stomach lining all to hell drinking it while fasted.

Skipping breakfast is fine. A lot of regular people don't eat breakfast because it makes them feel nauseous. My mom hasn't had breakfast since she was a kid, and she's healthy.

it has great hormonal benefits, thats about all that i know. insulin lowers test and hgh, so having low insulin all day should keep test high. then when you actually can eat, the insulin spike will actually promote test and hgh secretion when the insulin wears off. it should lower your insulin resistance, too

So if I wanted to try IF for lean bulking would I be fucking myself out of some potential size gains by lifting before I break my fast for the day? I tend to want to lift around 9 a.m.
