Good luck, I went from 206 to 170 from just eating good and sitting on my ass through the whole summer. From 180 and lower, it's much harder to just "eat less", need some cardio.

Real recommendation--skip the cardio, lift. You have been bulking for your entire life, gaining muscle under your fat your entire life, and now you are losing it all. Much better to cut while lifting heavy--it keeps your metabolism up and you get a better ending body. Plus it is way easier than cardio.

In my case, I got a job that is cardio intensive? I can go through 5-8 shirts a day of all sweat. I was wondering if I would join a gym, my love handles will go out and maybe I gain some muscle, but won't it put a lot of strain on my body? Only time I can go to a gym is 6-8am or 10+pm

What I'm doing now is staying under 1500 cal. That's 3 meals of 400 calories and a preworkout of 200cal
Im still lifting 5x per week. And cardio 3 x per week (20 min in cycle)

I think you are overdoing it OP. You are working to hard, eating to little, and losing your willpower because of it. Take it easier, small changes...-500 kcals less than your body needs per day, lift heavy 3 days a week. Slow grind works way better for changing your body than going all in, then burning out after a week.
