Hey guys. I've started rock climbing 3 days a week to in shape. I also want to have better cardio so I started running. The thing is, my calves hurt so bad after running and they get worse if I try running even 2 days later.

will rock climbing be good enough for my core and legs, I only do beauty muscles in the weight room.
Im doing bouldering to be more specific. like V5 grade shit if that helps. Climbing aint cardio enough to kill my gains is it?

Legs are beauty muscles, girls like them. And the rest of your body will not grow as well if you skip lower body.
