I only check this board once every couple of months now and my advice to anyone would be to fucking leave this place. This board literally gave me anxiety and depression from being here 8 hours a day and having my mind poisoned. I started to obsess over every little thing physically, I ended up like OP.

When you see of a small flaw on yourself ie women with their hair or you with your knees you take large notice of it in everyday life and try overcorrecting it which looks even more weird.
Unless it's something major, no one else will take notice of it, even when you point ot out to them they might not even see it, no one's a bigger critique of yourself than you
