Unacceptably fat, yes? I feel like I need to be told by someone other than myself that I've turned into a fatso.
Used to be pretty cut, but now I need a slap in the face. I was 180, but I've been eating like a bitch for about 1.5 years gained almost 60 lbs. Was 235 lbs at the beginning of October, so I'm down a little bit.
Stopped eating junk, limiting myself to about 2000-2200 calories per day. I hop on the stair climber for about 30 minutes to an hour every day. I'm worried my weight loss will plateau. Do I really need to mix things up, or will I be fine with what I've got going on now?
keep your calories relative to your TDEE, do HIIT instead of stairclimbing
