It's very tough to add mass and decrease fat. To go up on the BMI chart and still get more and more defined is ideal and most difficult unless roiding. Most people bulk in winter because:

If someone really cannot push their comfort zone and challenge their frail self-image to bulk up then weightlifting and heterosexuality is probably not for them anyways. Feb. is a good time to cut. Steroids are better for cutting unless you're someone who cannot fathom the importance of aesthetics, like many powerlifters.
