It's called a David multipress. Essentially it is a pair of adjustable handles and weights that basically allow you to do a range of lifts without barbells and pl8s.

Yes OP. Anything you do is decent. Numbers does't matter, what matters is you being happy for improving, and starting doing dl is great improvement. Keep up.

I pulled 242 and being able to train untill it drains all my energy is far more rewarding than the actual number.
