Basically I'm a dyel, and just got a trainer to help me with making some gains. He wrote up this bullshit ass routine for me, and I think I'm just wasting my money now. Also I'm stuck in a contract and basically fucked for 6 months. Do I have any chance of makin gains on this routine?

It's pretty hard to read his chicken scratch, but I can swear that one of the fields says "SL RDL on bosu". Are you sure the guy is a trainer? Doing any kind of exercise while standing on a bosu is the kind of shit you see in gym fail videos.

Just get one of the beginner routines from the sticky and do those. You don't have to do what he says, he's not your superior officer. By the looks of it, he doesn't have the first clue about programming.
Go do p90x. Once u got muscles go do SS
Point is to get small muscles developed b4 u go for big ones.
