Why can't I stay asleep through out the night? I wake up

Bad sleeping habits? Not enough exercise? Insomnia? Anxiety? I dont know man I aint your fuckin therapist

i have the same issues sometimes... Im always falling asleep kind of quick and i never wake up. But since i started to study i couldnt falls asleep and i wake up like 3 times a night. I think its cuz of stress... Are you stressed somehow?

also theres simple rules to get better quality sleep, like no laptop/tv before 30 mins before bedtime, get some red bulb and let it shine on your skin whilst reading some shit this prepares the body for sleeping time since its emulating a sunset

Could be sleep apnea or something. If it's really an issue, go to a sleep clinic and see if they can diagnose you with something. Not sure what they can do about your autism though, sorry senpai.
