Ab wheels work great, assuming you're lean already and doing other lifts. It's not a scam, but a lot people think it is, because it's marketed to overweight housewives who want to "tone their belly", which is impossible if they aren't eating less food in the first place.

Waste of money if you're fat. Great piece of equipment if you're lean.

Okay, thanks for the info. I looked around for "ab wheels," and found a bunch of really solidly constructed looking ones for dirt cheap. So I guess that sounds like a better option for me, from what you all seem to be saying. Also, I'm thin and tall.
