Had the same problem but I was squatting wrong. I just slept all day and it healed in 2 days for me. If you're in terrible pain go to the er or wait till tomorrow go doc

nah it'll just be a bitch to turn your head or sleep on your side for a few days up to a week or two. ive done that multiple times, once on a 4pl8 deadlift (turned heard to check form in mirror) - couldnt even think of turning my head for a week, sleeping was torture
