Sup /fit/, newbie here. I've just started working out (just bodyweight ATM, I'm planning on getting a gym subscription)
Ever since I started working out, I've been feeling like absolute shit. Like for days. I usually work out for like 30 mins every day (I know it's not too much but I'm just getting started) and I feel really sick, ill, nauseous and pale. I assumed that feeling like shit is normal since you're working your muscles out so even though I felt like shit I kept working out and assumed that the shittier I felt, the better. However, I've found out that some people actually feel GOOD after working out. Is there something I'm doing wrong then? I wouldn't mind feeling good after working out. People have been asking me why I look sick all the time and it's kind of making me self conscious.
eat healthier and get more sleep

Try doing higher intensity/longer sessions every other day

That's as much as I can do before my muscles don't respond to me, if I do more than that I'll either throw up or faint. Some days ago I finished my workout earlier because my body wasn't responding anymore and I fell to the floor. I was conscious but I couldn't move my body at all for like an hour. Thankfully I had music playing so I didn't get bored laying on the floor waiting for my muscles to respond lol

How malnourished and weak are you? You probably feel like shit because your body isnt used to any physical duress whatsoever.

I'm very underweight and also a manlet. (5'8) I don't really care about my height that much but I got tired of being underweight and weak, which is why I started.

Well just keep at it you wont be pathetic forever

Will it eventually feel good though? I have no idea how it's supposed to "feel good" afterwards. Do I have not to work out until I almost faint?

Can't say for sure. Its possible that once your body adapts and you start moving some real weight you might end a workout feeling satisfied.
Get yourself in a caloric surplus asap and sleep at least 8 hours per day. It takes a while for your body to get used to physical activity.

Alright guys, I'll try this. Thanks.
One question though, when am I supposed to stop? I think this may be the problem, like I said before, I stop working out when I'm just about to faint, but I don't know if that's a good thing to do.
>about to faint
Wtf. No that't now you train
I don't know about calisthenics routines. Maybe do 3x10 for your exercises and longer rest periods, like 3-5min.

Hard to say without knowing your routine. If your about to faint every workout I'd dial it back a notch
Also, eat a full meal ~2hours before working out and take a banana and lots of water with you to stay hydrated and energized throughout your workout
