Deload, do 90% of your lifts, and correct your form, get a weight belt. Those are steps in the right direction.

It's because you're a weakling. I can't even squat 110kg and I ohp 60kg for reps...
However strange this may sound, somehow I managed to have naturally huge legs so I don't mind.
