Hey /fit/ 6' 185lb I don't workout but have a bit of muscle, can you guys recommend a workout plan/diet for me to get super fit and everything? Also how does this pic do?

I've made that recipe twice in the last week, and it's surprisingly good, but I ha to tweak it a bit.

I use:
-half an onion
-6 5oz cans of tuna
-2 eggs
-1.5tbsp flour
-Soy sauce instead of salt

The only thing missing is a good sauce to go with it

I like sweet chili sauce or sriracha mayonnaise. Wasabi mayo is good too if you like wasabi-type hotness.
