Both staple lifts to OLY development. I can't do either one of these without my shoulders clicking. Why and how do I fix it?

You can do behind the neck whatever, you just need to stop ROM before it starts to impinge your rotator cuff.

Grab a broom stick and raise it over your head with your arms stretched.
