its genetics my friend, you need to find out what works for you. Ive only done OHP and have great shoulder development after a year. Although i'll tell you i took the same approach with bench and ony used that for my chest, and it looks like fucking shit. After about a year of solid training you find your weak points and can supplement exercises to bring them up, no need to worry when you're still newbish
