Not OP, but he's right. I go trail running blazed and its better than just hanging out because nature is cool, you're doing something good for yourself, and runner's high + stoner's high = flying.

I've done it once with a mild high. It was pretty awesome feeling. I kind of skipped past the initial hurdle of exhaustion straight into that runner's high feeling of being able to run forever. The sense of heightened self awareness of your body is also amazing when coupled with all your muscles pumping.

If you go running while high then the couchlock type effect will still kick in and it will be like you're doing nothing but chilling but while moving (unless your cardio is shit)

I tried it once but got a few hundred meters and saw some ducks which made me trip out and become super paranoid and my mouth went all dry and everyone started looking at me so I went home

OP here, been doing it for two years now, I smoke a joint and go.

Not only do I constantly beat my PBs in both time and distance, the experience itself is magical, it completely rid me of my old stress problems plus some more.
