What's a good 5 day split that also hits each body part more than once per week, I think hitting body parts once per week is highly inefficient
Also I'm cutting if it makes a difference

I don't have a concret plan just do 5 exercises a day between 6-10 reps a set 16-24 working sets each session. Then on the upper lower day push for new pr typically new 3 or 5 rep maxes and always start each day with the main compounds on its day
