Did anyone severely change their goals overtime?
I've wanted to be so many things physique-wise and I always got demotivated because of it so id take huge breaks.
Recently I've decided I just want to be a rather lean 10-12% with some muscle, ottermode I think it's called around these parts.
You guys always called it skeleton mode but honestly I don't think it looks bad. I'm a fat lifter, I've always been fat. Guess I focused more on making "muh gains" over looking good - lost track of the whole purpose of this.
Anyways I realized permabulking is dumb. I don't even want to be big anymore. I just want to look pretty good - lean with a lil bit of myscle.don't even need a lot
I'm the opposite of you.
I just want to get really strong now instead of looking good.
I think a bit of bulkiness suits me much better too.
My goals are exactly the same as when I started lifting a year ago.
No idea what I'll do when I reach it. The plan is to maintain but I love the progress.

I think you'll need roids

We'll see how far natty gets me.
I'm well aware he probably roided but it's not a race for me.

Doesn't matter how long you run, you could marathon to achieve that for the rest of your life and you won't without roids.
