>>39259583
No one is going to say that they're crooked?
>>39259583
My knees look like this too, I feel like they're bent inward like knock-knees, but some people tell me it just looks normal
>>39260475
How does my knees looks like?
>>39260475
Same here
>>39259583
You've built your leg muscles oddly and it makes you look knock-kneed when you are probably not. Ask leg-muscle brehs opinions in the CBT, and how to re-train to correct it.
>>39259583
your knees/femurs are internally rotated.
you have weak Glutes and weak vastus lateralis.
widen your stance on squats and externally rotate the feet a little more so you can inhibit the adductors and quads so much and activate that booty meat.

>>39259583
Also work on you medial calves and strengthen your feet.
>>39262183
How do you know it senpai?
>>39262244
Femurs are too straight forward, they naturally move better when slightly externally rotated.
Straighten your knees and keep your toes pointed forward and try to flex your glutes WITHOUT FEELING YOUR FEMURS MOVING OUTWARD.
you cant do it, because this is the way the hip abductors/glutes work.
Likewise, internally rotated femurs almost always are acompanied by weak medial/arch support. If the medial calf (flexor digitorum, Hallicus longus) in particular are weak, the feet will flatten and will force the knee to collapse medially.
If you are OP or not, this guy needs to do what i said earlier, and also needs to start conciously putting most of his bodyweight on the balls of his feet.

T-thanks, you too
>>39259583
Do you have flat feet?
They tend to cause internal rotation due to the lack of proper support from the feet
>>39262684
>>39262322
Ahh, it was said before
>>39259583
They are knee yes
>>39259583

Yeah I have this too. I've always hated it and even went to a doctor who said they could straighten them for me but it was expensive and I'd be in a wheelchair for like 3 months. Nobody's ever said anything about it, before, so I guess it's not a huge deal. It's something I see more commonly in women than men.
