IMHO Halloween is a "holiday" for kids, and the next day every freaking retail store starts playing Christmas music. (grumble).
I'm on day 3 of 6 in a row at work. Get off work tomorrow 7pm local time (scheduled, at least). Freaking saw sign at gym says "special hours 10/31 7am - 6pm ".
Not looking forward to rolling out of the sheets before sunrise. But at least I have a car, a gym membership, two good legs, freedom, etc.

Don't even workout religiously anymore but when I used to squat i did pretty well
my numbers went up within a couple of weeks a few months ago though, i started out in the gym with 225x5 and i was gassed out, two-three weeks after that i was able to do 275x3-5 2-3 sets with long rest periods
about 2-3 weeks after that i was squatting 335 x3-5. I'm a former powerlifter so some part of the strrength building is still left over and you do have potential after you just stay consistent with it. for me the jump from 225-335 happened in a about a month and a half to get back up to 335. i was impressed at the time, but i don't even lift anymore and the year is almost over with...

Oh, 2 weeks ago I did 365 lbs b/w + 60 lbs chain for 425 lbs total. Regularly do 315 lbs. for a triple / quad. Zero 'roids / pro-h. Bodyweight 195-198 lbs. Lifting appx. 25 years.

Halloween weekend went well, made a shit load of money ubering.
Last week I got 265x5x5, failed at 270 the next work out, hope to get it this week. I hope my 1RM is at least 3plts now
