/fit/, I'm trying to do Keto.
How do you keep your protein at a sufficiently low level?! I'm 186lbs. These macros aren't going to get me to ketosis, right? I'm still on a calorie deficit.
And, just to clarify, I ran 10k today and burned about 890 calories to keep me at a net deficit.
What foods have plenty of fat but no carbs or protein?
Butter.

post foods you have ready eaten.
Also that much protein is going to rip your kidneys you need 1.5g per lb body weight max.
Also peanut butter.
>313g of protein
>>39253751
What are you even eating to load up that much protein with that little fat?
>>39253920
36 egg whites
Multi vitamin
Would this be acceptable?

Still too much protein.
What food are you eating?

>Still too much protein.
It's not. Stop trolling you idiot.
>>39253961
>keto
>egg whites

For keto it is
Carbs = limit
Protein = target
Fat = satiety

It's a reference to a capped thread, see one of the recent humor threads

Unless you're doing a "burn all muscles and become a trap" diet then 200g is too much, that's the only exception.
>>39254005
dude wtf
the ratios for keto are 10% carbs, 25%protein, and 65% fat. Cram helps, dump some in your milk to keep up with it. and stop eating so much protein, how the fuck are you in a calorie deficit
>>39254203
>more protein
>burn all muscles
What the fuck?
Protein is important for muscles
>>39254227
Fuck
>is not
Obviously
