I dont understand this site
I added a bunch of exercises and increased my lifts, but the site shits on it by rating muscle groups worse than they were before
I remove the exercises that I added to my routine and the site gives me better stats
please explain

Just go off the main lifts, squat, binch, diddly and ohp etc.
Dont add all your accessory shit, nobody cares about tricep extension and it doesnt matter.

Not yet. I first have a couple of strength goals I want to achieve. As soon as I got them (probably in 2 months) then I'll start cutting.
