>>39251137
is pic related you?
>>39251137
Its not normal but it can be done through correct dieting/lifting (or if youre not natty)
>>39251137
Considering you're probably a beginner who never lifted heavy weights in his life before, yes it is possible. Noob gains are real.
>i think im even a little bit stronger
What is that even supposed to mean. Can you lift more weight or not?
>>39251198
he thinks he can lift a little bit more weight
>>39251162
Do you actually think the guy in that pic weighs 170?
>>39251198
been lifting for 10 years tho. used to bench 285, now im around 310
>>39251169
maybe cuz i did it really slow (took like 1 year to cut, didnt want to hurry)
>>39251228
Yeah ok true sorry brah its 3am here and im a bit high
>>39251259
Yeah man that's probably it. Just be happy with it desu, you've done well
>>39251137
If you never did any training with weights before this it's quite normal. I started out 158lbs and cut down to 140lbs in about 3 months. I gained considerable strength by following a linear progression program and just eating with a IIFYM approach. Even if you're an intermediate/advanced lifter, you can still retain your strength if you go really slow on a cut and really have your nutrition and training on point. Look at Omarisuf. He's probably been on a slow cut for like more than a year now and hasn't lost any strength but also hasn't lost a whole lot of weight.
