I haven't been lifting for very long, just wondering if this is considered a good bicep insertion

Yeah, I'm working on that. Only been lifting seriously since the beginning of september after cutting from 193 to 170. I'm just curious about my muscle insertions at the moment, and how they'll look as I progress.

I took it on mobile to start the thread, seemed upright. Guess it flips it while uploading lol. Also, my bicep seems incredibly small for what symmetric strength calls "intermediate". I guess 10 chin ups is more of an accomplishment than I thought.

Based off between 5-8 rep maxes depending on which lift.
Started phraks LP mid August and still progressing fairly well. Had a fairly strong base from college sprints already though. My deadlift is being completely hindered by my grip strength though.

By my understanding you have a good bicep insertion (I believe). Here is an example of a "bad" insertion (pic is my arm). You can see that theres a big space between the muscle and the forearm. Made the best of it though.
