im a fat cunt 100kgs 6'2, i have two months to get reasonable for christmas (summer) here
Deal is im gonna be hopefully working factory work for 3-5 days a week and fill the off time with getting back into surfing.
If i slot in a daily routine of whatever workout, probably bodyweight for accessibility, is it feasible to lose this shit in two months with surfing every few days and just calisthenics? or do i need to go full cardio and all that
