How do you guys bear to eat oats? They have absolutely no taste and they're so heavy I can hardly get through 25 grams let alone 100. Also how do you cook them?

I'm lazy as fuck so I just make a proton shake with them. 2 scoops, 4-5 cups of oats, banana, milk, and sometimes peanut butter.
Then I pound it. Feels like pencil shavings but I don't care

Throw them in a bowl, add some water, microwave it. Use whey for flavoring. One scoop per cup is enough.
i usually eat oats + chia seeds and then add powdered milk; about two tablespoons and then some 0 calorie sweetener and freeze dried fruit

don't eat oats or drink protein shakes. instead, take your serving of oats, mix in your protein powder (hopefully it's flavored otherwise this advice is shit) and then once it's all one big blend add a decent amount of milk. i do this with my oats and choco protein and it's basically guilt-free coco-pebbles. the only breakfast i can stomach these days (and I'm not a big breakfast person)

I don't even boil oats. I just pour boiling water on them and wait 10-15 minutes, then eat. I don't know what oats you eat, but I feel the taste of mine. Maybe you smoke too many cigarettes.

I eat 100g for breakfast. I get quick oats. I'll put it in a bowl, add maybe a cup of water, cook in the microwave for 3 minutes, check consistency, add a little more water, cook for another minute, take out. If it's a little thick, I'll add more water/milk. Add a little butter and brown sugar to add fat and sweeten. Add cranberries if you like. If you find it too heavy, add more liquid.

How does any adult have an issue with eating oats? They don't have a strong flavour, a weird texture or a bad smell. It's one of the least offensive foods you can eat. As for the heaviness, I don't know, maybe get a set of adult male shoulders and just eat the fucking oats?

My fav oatz-pancake recipe I made myself:
180-200g oatz
2-3egg whites + 1 whole egg
some milk
a banana
brotein powder if you want / need
blend in between the steps obviously
put oats into a blender or grind them until they're as close to flour as you can get them.
add egg whites and whole egg into the blender
add 3/4 or the whole banana
add some milk, I don't know how much, just a dash, so you see the volume rise just a LITTLE bit
brotein powder, I use vanilla flavours when I dont want it to add any special flavouring

Also, I eat the pancakes right off the stove, while the next one gets ready. That way they taste a LOT better and eating slowly this way will make your appetite almost endless. And add whatever the fuck you want obviously, my fav topping is blueberry jelly. It should be around 7 medium-large pancakes. And all in all around 1100kcal (NOT withcounting the butter used in the pan). Haven't calculated the macros and micros. But shitloads of carbs.
