Will lifting cure my oneitis? If so, how much would I have to lift? I've had a crush on this girl for 10 years.

What will cure it then? She is the first thing I think about when I wake up and the last ting I think about before I go to sleep.
Please help me? Will 1/2/3/4 be enough?

It's been 4 years since I got dumped. Started lifting and trying to improve myself since then, but I still think about my ex every day. It has actually been getting worse this past year.

Have you had other women since then?

Yes. I went on several dates about 6 months after the break up then got a fwb for a little bit probably at 9 months. After a year passed, I entered the relationship I am in now. Back then, I did think of my ex every day, but by 6 months post split, it was always just a passing thought where something reminded me of her. I wouldn't get nostalgic or sad but just remember it was something she liked. Now I do get kind of sad sometimes.
My ex has tried to get back together with me and talk to me, but I refuse. I can't get her out of my mind some days even while laying next to my gf. Might seem scummy, but it's not like I think about fucking her or anything and would 100% choose my girlfriend now over my ex. I have sad dreams about her every week even though I haven't answered her in 3 years. Plus, I recently found out from an old mutual friend that she's an alcoholic now, hasn't dated anyone since, and still lives with her parents.
Sorry for the blog.
