Modified version on the 3000 calorie option.

Pretty much everything except fish, but I take fish oil. Also, sometimes banana instead of blueberries, and brown rice for the quinoa, peanut butter instead of eggs.

Also, I go to University and the dining hall has almost all these foods daily.

How long did it take to gain those pounds?
Keep liftan and eating bud.. it's been a month .. that's not much time.. track your food and work outs .. to grow it must be measured
>>39211334
You can gain like 1-2 lbs a week easily. Count your calories, never miss a meal, eat a 500-1000 calorie surplus. Honestly just make sure you're getting close to 1k calories per meal.

Bro 5'4" isn't manlet that's basically midget status. It is literally impossible for you to get fit without looking like you're overcompensating.

I am 5'11 and 156lbs BTW. I've gained a little over 10 lbs in the last month just from eating big and lifting 3-4x a week.

Who cares. Brett Gibbs is 5'4" and strong as fuck. Who gives a shit what women think. This is a board for fitness, not female gratification.
>5'4
Don't bother.

Hey anon. I too am a 5'4" turbo manlet and the only advice I have for you is: EAT.
I started at 99lbs and after about a year of lifting and eating right I weigh 130. I still have a LONG way to go before I feel like I'm making it, but all I've been doing is following the (fucking) sticky and so far it's working out for me. If you're anything like me, it's a pain in the ass to gain the weight and you'll lose it quick if you skip any meals. . .so don't do that.
