So i've been going to the gym for 1 month and do normal beginner routine but i also wanna lose weight faster
So i go on the treadmill for 15+ min, every fucking time i finish ,i get this fucking red rash on my legs and it hurts like hell
Any of you had the same situation as me?

I had the same problem, as others have said, just keep loose weight, I personally swap from boxers to boxer-briefs (silky kind). Noticeable decrease after 1-2 weeks.
