Hey /fit/, rate my breakfast. I've been eating this every day for almost a month. It's also worth mentioning that I'm on a cut.
I also never realized how much fat was in this.any suggestions on how to improve?
>6 pork breakfast sausages
>3 eggs
>650 kcal
>46g of fat
>4g of carbs
>40g protein

Theres more than 650 calories there man
7/10, OP. Here's mine:
>4 eggs
>3 sausage links
>1 slice of wheat toast
>1/2 Cup of Milk (for coffee)
47g protein, 49g fat, 19g carbs.
601 calories.
get rid of the sausages and add an egg

The sausages are 220 calories for 3, so 440 total.
70 calories per egg gives ua 210 for a total of 650

>ketofags will call this healthy
>>39208400
whats wrong with a little fat?
I only would add two pieces of full grain bread for extra sugars, but if u want keto its a perfect meal.
Vegetable shake would be PERFECT for a drink with this. Something with a deep, green taste.

Eggs are great and great for you.
Processed meat is inferior in terms of health than less processed meat.
A steak and some eggs for example, would have been a much better choice.
The fatties here rate things based on calories as if we all have problems with our weight and as if we are all cutting.

There's 90 calories in an egg and there's 50 calories in my sausage links that are a third that size. If that's a cut meal you're fucking up.

>2000+16
>eating bread
Do you want him to look like you and be pathetic or do you want him to get /fit/?
>>39208794
>90 calories in an egg
Depends on the size, famalam. Large eggs are 70 per. Jumbo are more
>>39209082
Google says a large (46 gram) fried egg is 90 calories.
nice meal for getting big, but, i would do six eggs and toss them into a bowl of oats and mix it up.
6 eggs is 420 calories, 200 calories of oats, thats like 60 grams of protein, and that's a solid breakfast. have a protein shake after your workout, eat some yogurt, chicken, salad for dinner, bam. you're gonna make it.

From my carton. Of course calories will be more if you fry the egg in butter
>>39209193
Yeah, I guess it doesn't make much sense that frying it in zero calorie cooking spray would add that many calories to it. I guess google just assumes everyone uses butter. Which I don't.
>>39208400
Where is your veggies?
>>39208456
>220 in 3 sausages
Well I'm shocked
>>39208400
8/10 nice choice of carbs
>>39208456
Does that take into account the fact that you're frying it?
Enjoy your colon cancer OP
>>39209147
Yeah. Fried dumbass. You don't normally fry eggs in water.
>>39208400
looks delicious
>>39208400
Dude there's like 300 calories in each of those sausages.
lmao
Literally like 2000 calories on that plate, easily.
>>39208456
Fucking how are they so low fat? All the sossys I see are at least 200 calories PER SAUSAGE, I'm the guy that said your plate is like 2000 calories wtf I'm shocked.
>>39212648
Each sausage is only 25g
>>39212648
these aren't regular sausages, they are the breakfast sausages. in my local stores, they are located in a different place than the regular sausages.
