chop the garlic up nice and fine, toss the kale in a bowl and drizzle the oil on (not too much) while mixing it all by hand.

lay the kale out on a pan, pinch the salt in your fingertips and give it a sprinkle. bake for like 5 mins or until it's crispy to touch
