You should record yourself on your cellphone when you deadlift. Really helps with not fucking your neck and getting better with the form. Other dyels in the gym never give good DL advice.

For me it's my labrum.

How my doctor found out was (after many many years of damage) a simple test where he told me to relax my arm and he brought it upwards in front of me (while straight). I hesitated and pulled back before he even reached 90 degrees because I knew from experience it wouldn't be able to do that without me adjusting. 2nd time I let him do it and the thing popped completely out of place and he got the shock of his life lol.

So yeah. If you can't lift your arm forward past 90 degrees without bending your arm and adjusting your shoulder/it popping around in your joint then it's probably your labrum.

IDK, I went from atrophy mode to 1/2/3/4 for reps in the gym but cancelled two months ago and bought dumbbells (massive MRSA epidemic, the fucktard owner was diluting the lysol too much to save <100$ a month.) Did GSLP and then Canditos 6 week programme at thee gym, now I'm on Scoobys PPL DB routine (with some tweaks.) The gains haven't slowed down much, if anything I've worked out some balance issues I had. The only consideration is that you need DBs that actually go heavy enough. Stuff like single leg deads was a bit awkward at first, but they're are not as memey as they seemed.

Fuck dude my elbows are really starting to be achey when I lift and sometimes afterwards too.
I've noticed it's especially bad during tricep stuff like tricep extensions and skullcrushers and ESPECIALLY dips but also to a lesser extend bench press curls and chin/pull ups. What do I do?
I don't want to ignore my arms because they need work more than anything else, but I think if I keep pushing myself through this pain I'm gonna really fuck my elbows ><

Had to stop fucking after about 40 minutes because the girl told me the vein on my head was freaking her out.

Looked in the mirror and got freaked out myself... Tried to sleep it off but couldn't get to sleep because of the headache and my vision was blurry/nose felt blocked.

Tried doing pushups to get rid of the boner after a few hours. I thought that if I get a pump in my arms and chest that it would take some of the blood away from my cock but I was wrong. I just ended up passing out and woke up with the boner gone a few hours later.

Nothing seriously bad happened though. Just a very important lesson to always read the label... DESU I should have known from the "100" written on the fucking pill lol.

Had a very similar issue, - pinching type pain in the crease of my stronger leg, starting at lock out and eventually would also hurt at the bottom.

I jumped into a lot of mobility stuff but determined what cured me was actually stretching outer hip with pigeon yoga pose (just get down into it and sit for like 2 mins, repeat if desired) and foam rolling (all legs, make sure to hit pretty much everything in the hip region). If you're tall like me narrowing your stance may help.

This. My first time I was watching people squat 2, 3 plates... I was like, ok I'll try 1pl8 just to get the hang of it. Big mistake. I did manage to "good morning" it up there but I pulled something in my neck and it still hurts to this day sometimes.

I'm still making a dumb mistake but no one has given me an answer here so I'm just continuing with what I know. I've been doing SL on a cut so all of my lifts went up at first but then quickly stalled. I want to continue cutting but I don't want my lifts to go down, so I'm continuing to do 5x5 at my current working weights. Every couple weeks I'll try go up a little in weight but I'm not really following the program properly at this point with the deloads and switching to 3x5 etc.

Don't bulk if your skinny fat you'll just put on more fat, cut down on bf first the slow bulk. Start 200 calories above maintenance when starting slow bulk, if you don't gain any mass after 2-3 weeks, then increase your calorie intake again by 200 calories, until you find the right amount. And if you slow bulk do it clean, no sugar, sweets, soda, candy, any of that, it'll suck but after a while you'll get used to it and if you slip up and eat something not on your diet then adjust your calories for the rest of the day. I'd say just stick to meat, chicken, vegetables, rice/simple carbs, oatmeal should be fine just try not to go overboard.
