I cant afford real weights so I use these

I'm not really strong so I just do about 50 reps of whatever or if I get past 50 I just do them till my arms get tired
Then wait like 5 mins and do it again

Bicep curls, skull crushers, lateral raises (front and side and rear), chest flys, hold them and squat, single arm rows, situps, crunches, russian twists (you may need to remove some water for some of these)
get a backpack and fill with scrap metal (railroad spikes are exact 1kg) then when when the jugs become too light use that and do everything one sided
also pick up sprinting, it builds up leg muscle real fast and if you have a dog go down the beach and just chase that around (doggo loves it too)
and add in some calisthenics like pushups, pull ups, chinups wall sits ect...

Theres no real routine because it would be pointless, but I use water jugs for my feeder workouts so they will work fine for a beginner but just try to do a bunch of the things I listed every day and keep at it, we all have to start somewhere

I only work out on days that I get a 4-pack of two liter pepsis. Because it's basically the same as a 8 kg dumbbell I do some bicep work with them and the exercise which looks like pulling the lawn mover on.
