Anyone know my BF%?
I don't really lift but I play some sports and my job is kinda physically demanding.
I might start lifting as I'd like to have a bigger chest and arms.
yes it's approximately 9.4368%

>>39140903
That was actually a pretty accurate guess dude
Looks like 9.5% to me desu
We can only guess, my guess would be a little bit under 10%. Mirin' btw.

Didn't actually think it was gonna be that low.
Probably helps that I've been working like a dog lately
>>39140950
Has paid off. What is your job?
>>39140966
I'm a machine operator. The items we load into the machines are heavy, some as much as 2.5 tons and I push these around for 12 hours a day.
We have a little machine that can push them around but its incredibly slow and I enjoy the exercise.
Sometimes do this 7 days a week for 12 hours.

no, its a precise formula
Could anyone recommend a good starting routine for the gym?
Don't really know where to start desu
>>39141062
Anybody?
I googled it but there are literally thousands to choose from.

Literally read the sticky

I didn't see a sticky as I was on catalogue mode.
I'll take a look.

>CHAD eats PIZZA and is naturally RIPPED while you bust your ASS at the GYM EVERYDAY
>>39141214
Sorry.
I do literally eat what I want. When I'm working I'll take sandwiches pretty much everyday, maybe some fruit and a little something sweet like some biscuits. Might get a burger from the van across the road once a week.
Never have protein shakes and try to avoid dairy completely. I do like my meat though.

>CHAD is a "machine operator" while I'm a software engineer and get to browse 4chan on my job and it only takes 4 hours of effort a week to get ripped
everything went better than expected
>>39141249
I earn good money and get 200+ days off per year.
Work with a great group of guys too, so I can't complain.

>>39141249
yeah i don't envy the life of a machine operator desu. Manual labor's cool and all but I much prefer actually going somewhere with my math degree
