Always puts me right to sleep. I also dont condone doing smoking weed just to sleep but if you smoke anyway use it to your advantage.

Inhale through your nose, exhale through the mouth.
Box breathing is also good.

It's the only think that's really helped me, except for the occasional strong loose leaf lemon balm/passionflower tea. Kava Kava and etc are also good, with well known active alkaloids or whatever
Trazodone will do the trick, but you don't want to rely on medication.

Hahahahahaa you are funny. I've smoked for years sleeping 8 hours per night, never tired during day, never affected gains my gains.
Only down side of sleep I've seen from weed is I dont usually see or remember dreams, but that is why I have long breaks. I might smoke for 2 months, sober for 3 months, repeat.

And how I know it does not affect my gains? Because I take long breaks as I said, and I have not seen ANY increase in progress, gains or quality of training etc. but time alone at home is alot more boring.
