how good is hitting 1/1.5/2/3 1 month into lifting after being a literal skelllington? People around me say its pretty good but I feel like I need some slightly more educated people in fitness to tell me. Also 135 pounds, 5,10 7-8% bodyfat

its like my 1rm and its also because I literally only practiced it for like 3 weeks straight, I should of said that I cannot consistently pull that, and that as we speak I am trying to fix my form, also I probably way over estimated my bf% will post pictures 1 second.
