Dopamine flood. It is what creates addiction. The high amount of sugar creates a major flood of dopamine, reinforcing your brain with an easy reward. When you reward your brain, it wants to repeat the experience often. With how easy it is to reward your brain with a feel good hormone, it's extremely easy to become addicted to it.

But pure sugars taste MUCH better during ketosis, as such it must be an evolutionary mechanism to tell us that spiking bloodsugar with simple sugars is desirable

>getting type 2 diabetes is evolutionary advantageous

The doctors must be lying. Who ever heard of a lardass lardylard even having low enough bloodsugar to spike it anyways
>>39131310
It is, since it means your body will be able to replenish its liver and muscle glycogen stores. It only becomes a problem when those are already full and additional sugar gets stored as fat.
