I over think every social interaction. I try and look the person in the eyes when they're talking to me, then I start to wonder if I'm looking them TOO much in the eyes. So I start darting my eyes over there face getting uncomfortable thinking that theyre thinking I'm weird.

My other issue is I will be telling someone a story for laughs and realize around half way that it's not hitting nearly as well as I'd thought it would and start to try and make it better by embellishing the second half and sometimes flat making up things. It's horrible.
