There's this guy that pushes around 3PL8 + the bar + like 20-30 lbs for 10-12 reps and does 8 sets.
I don't get worried about it because I was pushing around 145 as working weight when I started and now I'm pushing around 165!
If anything I think 'Cool maybe I can push around that much weight someday'
