How the FUCK do you drink these 1 liter smoothies? I just made one and halfway through the first glass I can feel vomit coming out of my mouth.

although I did once throw up and shit myself after a oat+PB shake. I think it's because I added spinach that time.

Also, now that I think about it, when I started drinking shakes I shit myself in the shower the next day. Then I went to the hospital for an unrelated appointment and had to run to the toilet while I was walking to the right department. It smelled pretty bad and apparently the door wasn't locked properly because a nurse opened the door while I was wiping. She went "UGH" and closed it again.

I haven't been back there since.

I recommend you start small, OP. 1/2 liter smoothies until you're used to it.

It's too much oil. Halve the peanut butter and replace the olive oil with some milled flax.
You could also increase the oats to about 1cup.

Speaking of food. Because of reasons I can't really afford my usual breakfast anymore and I need a cheaper alternative. I recall something about /fit/izens leaving oats in (almond)milk (among other ingredients) overnight.
Anyone know what I'm talking about, and got any recipes?

Leave oats in any liquid and they will get nice and soft. Add dried fruit (e.g apricots) for sweetness, chopped nuts if you want crunch. Anything you want, really.

i make the same shakes as him and i add 2 tbsp of olive oil as well and i dont eve taste it. easy 200 hundred calories.

with that kinda of shake add more oats and then add like one and a half cup of water. your shake is probably to thic. the water makes it go down so fuckin easy. i can down a liter of my shake easy
