I have really bad social anxiety and can't really go to the gym, but getting on meds soon so I can. Pic related is what I have to work with. I'm 6ft tall, about 170pounds, and kind of skinny fat. What can i do with these weighs to make some progress until I take care of my anxiety and go to the gym?
I currently do squats with the 30 pound weights, forearm curls, bicep curls, and overhead press. With the 25 pound weights I do lateral raises. I also do push-ups often. Any suggestions?

Sorry if you actually have this shit OP, just needed to drop this. Also just go for it, everyone is tense for their first time going to the gym. Just ask an employee to help you but make sure you don't end up doing some meme-y starting routine without compounds
