had a friend constantly explain his shake tasted like shit and i watched him mixed it. i actually had to explain that the scoop takes up volume and he wasn't putting in the right amount of water.

I want scoops in my life but I don't know what to scoop. I don't need more calories or protein so what am I left with? I tried scooping oats but it didn't feel the same...
